<p>ご注文情報と、部品番号が分かる説明書の写真を添えて、support@techingmodel.comまでご連絡ください。現在の返金ポリシーでは、到着時に不足していた部品、または組み立て中に誤って破損した部品について、交換部品を無料で提供しています。</p>
モデルは実際に動きますか？
<p>TECHINGのエンジンモデルの多くは、電動モーターによって機械の動きを再現します。これらはシミュレーションモデルです。各製品の説明書に従ってご使用ください。V8エンジンマグのエンジン装飾部分は動きません。</p>
特別な工具や接着剤は必要ですか？
<p>モデルキットには、工具と図解付きの英語説明書が付属します。エンジンモデルは接着剤を使わず、ねじで組み立てます。キットの同梱品は、各商品ページでご確認ください。</p>
What ages are these kits designed for?
Most engine kits are recommended for ages 14 and up. Small parts require care and patience. Please check the age guidance for your chosen model.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly time varies by model and experience. Smaller kits have fewer parts, while advanced models include 800–1,000+ components. Use the individual product guidance and build at your own pace.
Where can I find my assembly manual?
Your model kit includes illustrated English instructions. If you need help with your manual, contact us with the model code and your order details. We will help you find the right guidance.
How do returns work?
